Dear Paul, We were very sad to receive your email but thank you for letting us know the sad news. Your father was a great influence on me and there is little doubt that growing up messing around on building sites was a key factor in my becoming a Surveyor and being involved with buildings throughout my career. I always enjoyed the time spent at your house and the swimming pool , not least its construction ! Your parents were always most generous and kind to us and I remember enjoying the Regal feeling of being in your Dad’s cars ! Thank you so much for bringing your parents to Dad’s 90th in Axminster. It was a great day and wonderful that we could all get together. I enjoyed reminiscing with your Dad and so pleased to have had that opportunity.
